Monitoring and Evaluation
Monitoring and evaluation is critical to ensure that policies, programmes and schemes deliver in terms of achieving their objectives and meeting their targets. Areas for improvement can also be identified. We are experienced in monitoring and evaluating a wide range of rural policies and initiatives.
Our project experience includes evaluations of different elements of the Common Agricultural Policy (including Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 (rural development) support), structural aid programmes (including Objective 1) and national, regional and local initiatives.
We can help develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks, establish key monitoring indicators, undertake mid-term evaluations to review progress and refine activity, and produce final evaluations to assess outputs, outcomes and impacts.
