Our Green Land Agency package offers landlords with conservation and business objectives a unique service drawing on our environmental background and chartered surveying experience. We can help find, recruit and support the right tenant for your farm or grazing project, delivering a sustainable management solution.
We work with clients to develop site objectives, for example wildlife, access, traditional breeds and financial return, and draw up suitable letting particulars, a tenant skill profile (the skills needed to deliver site management), advertisements and application forms. We can organise viewing days and undertake interview and selection.
We develop and manage farm business tenancies, grazing licences, contract farming and share farming agreements, and offer ongoing landlord/tenant business support and advice.
We also undertake valuation, compulsory purchase and compensation work.
